To ensure a safe, hygienic, and reliable experience, we expect all our members—including **Customers**, **Vendor Partners**, and **Delivery Professionals**—to abide by these Community Rules. By using our platform, you agree to these guidelines.
1Mutual Respect & Safety
A. Respectful Interactions
Every interaction on our platform should be guided by basic courtesy. Harassment, verbal abuse, threats, or discriminatory behavior targeted at customers, vendors, or delivery personnel is strictly prohibited.
B. Safe Delivery Conduct
Ensure a secure path for delivery personnel. Physical altercations, reckless behavior, or failure to follow safe drop-off protocols will lead to immediate account suspension or termination.
C. Non-Discrimination Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination of any kind, including race, religion, gender, ethnicity, caste, age, or disability.
2Review & Feedback Integrity
A. Honest and Constructive Reviews
Ratings and comments should reflect your genuine purchasing experience. Sharing misleading, false, or fabricated feedback is prohibited as it harms the integrity of vendor listings.
B. No Spam, Vulgarity, or Harassment
Feedback sections must remain family-friendly. Reviews containing profanity, vulgarity, offensive language, spam links, or personal attacks will be flagged and removed immediately.
C. Competitor Sabotage
Collaborating to review-bomb competitors, or writing reviews at the request of vendors to artificially boost scores, constitutes anti-competitive behavior and results in immediate account blacklisting.
3Account Security & Fair Play
A. Prevent Abuse of Coupons & Referrals
Discount codes, referral programs, and sign-up coupon benefits are intended for unique individuals. Creating duplicate accounts or manipulating GPS coordinates to exploit localized offers violates platform rules.
B. Legitimacy of Orders
Placing fake orders, systematic cancellations after preparation has started, or refusing delivery without reasonable cause is prohibited, as it causes severe material waste for local farms and vendor shops.
4Safety & Hygiene Reporting
We are deeply committed to food hygiene. If you receive an order where the cold-chain package was compromised, the vacuum seal was broken, or the meat quality appears substandard:
- Take photos of the packaging label and item quality immediately.
- Do not consume the product if freshness is in question.
- Report the issue within 2 hours of delivery through our Customer Support channel or website query form.
Violating any of these community rules can lead to temporary blocks, permanent termination of account access, or legal action depending on the severity. Thank you for helping us keep Chop & Chicks clean, respectful, and reliable!
